The fan and filter (HEPA or ULPA) are combined to form a self powered end purification equipment. The air is sucked in by the fan from the top of the FFU and filtered by HEPA. The filtered clean air is uniformly sent out at a wind speed of 0.45m/s ± 20% on the whole air outlet surface. The ffu can be made into a group control ffu, which is hundreds, thousands or even tens of thousands of ffu in parallel. The unified speed regulation and linkage control are carried out through computers. It is widely used in the 1000 class clean rooms and 100 class clean rooms in the photoelectric industry, precision electronics, liquid crystal glass, semiconductor, mobile phones and other fields.
